Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a challenging opportunity.

Job Description

Certified Surgical Technologist with experience in Orthopedic Surgery required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during operations by maintaining the sterile environment, handling equipment, and preparing patients for procedures.
• Provide accurate and timely communication regarding patient status and surgical requirements.
• Participate in pre- and post-operative preparation, including positioning patients and ensuring proper anesthesia administration.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and following established guidelines.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• At least 1 year of experience in an operating room setting, preferably in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
