The position is directly responsible for developing new clients for new and used trailers and maintaining and servicing existing accounts.
JOB DUTIES:
About us: Nationwide Trailers was founded in 2009 by 3 like-minded guys with a focus on becoming the largest PJ Trailers dealership in the USA. Each having extensive backgrounds in the trailer industry.
After a rocky start in Houston during the 2008-2009 recession, Nationwide Trailers has successfully opened 12 more locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa & Arkansas with additional locations to be opened in the near future. Our focus has always been "customer first". Whether that means meeting out-of-state customers on a Sunday, staying late on a Saturday to hook up a customer's trailer, or going the extra mile by delivering a trailer after hours. Nationwide Trailers works with many types of trailer users from large volume businesses to the owner operator who wants to design the custom trailer of their dreams.
Mission statement: Provide product knowledge and industry expertise to help our customers purchase the correct trailer for the job they need to do with our trailer. We take the time to understand how the trailer will be used, the nature of the cargo, and any other specific requirements that may determine what trailer or optional equipment will be needed for the specific application. We go above and beyond with customer service on all problems large or small.

Job Description
The position is directly responsible for developing new clients for new and used trailers and maintaining and servicing existing accounts.
JOB DUTIES:
- Contacting prospective customers and assigned accounts.
- Understanding and meeting the customers’ specific needs, while maintaining our high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promoting and selling of gooseneck, bumper-pull, enclosed, and other trailers.
- Writing sales orders, securing deposits and processing paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
- Developing and presenting sales proposals to clients.
- Accountable to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Previous experience in sales- related to the transportation industry is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the trailer / freight industry.
- Excellent customer service experience and strong communication skills.
- Solid time management and analytical skills are necessary.
