We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Search, and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in keyword research, ad creation, retargeting, conversion optimization and data analysis, aiming to increase digital visibility and lead generation efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and social media ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including bid management, ad copywriting, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify cost-effective and competitive keywords.
- Continuously test and optimize ads and landing pagest through ClickFunnels to enhance click-through and conversion rates across platforms.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and improve performance.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and share findings with the marketing team and senior management.
- Manage campaign expenses for all platforms, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Keep up with PPC and social media advertising industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Certified in Google Ads with proven experience managing PPC campaigns and social media advertising, including expertise in LinkedIn ads.
- Experience with ClickFunnels is preferred!
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant PPC and social media tools.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization across multiple platforms.
- Proficient in SEM and other digital marketing practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate projects across multiple departments.
