Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop accurate and reliable sales forecasts based on inventory levels, historical sales data, and consumer purchase behavior.
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure sales targets are aligned with inventory management and marketing objectives.
- Utilize forecasting models to predict future sales, considering market trends and consumer buying patterns.
- Experience with Shopify and an understanding of how it integrates with sales and inventory management.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to adjust forecasts and recommendations as needed.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders, helping to guide decision-making processes.
- Leverage tools and software like Excel, Shopify, Apps flyer, Adjust, etc and forecasting models to generate reports and insights for client teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Hands-on experience using forecasting tools and models to predict sales and optimize marketing efforts for a minimum of 3 years
- Strong knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory management, and understanding consumer purchase behavior.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in performance marketing or e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with additional analytics or business intelligence tools is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Knowledge of consumer behavior trends and their impact on sales forecasting.
