**Job Title: Installer - DOE WAP & EPA RRP Lead-Safe Remediation**

NAAC is committed to promoting energy efficiency and ensuring safe living environments through the implementation of weatherization programs and lead-safe practices. We are seeking a dedicated Installer to join our team in executing DOE WAP and EPA RRP compliant projects.
**Job Summary:**
As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of weatherization measures and lead-safe remediation techniques in residential properties. You will work closely with Foreman and other team members to ensure that all installations meet regulatory standards and are completed efficiently and safely.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform weatherization installations, including insulation, air sealing, and heating/cooling system modifications in compliance with DOE WAP standards.
- Conduct lead-safe work practices during renovation, repair, and painting activities following EPA RRP guidelines.
- Assess properties for energy efficiency opportunities and potential lead hazards, documenting findings accurately.
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for installation and remediation tasks, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes related to weatherization and lead-safe work.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and providing education on the services provided.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all materials and tools are accounted for.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in construction or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in weatherization, construction, or lead-safe remediation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10/30 will be provided
- EPA RRP will be provided
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to crouch, kneel, and work in confined spaces as needed.
