Native American Connections (NAC) is looking for a dedicated professional to serve in the position of Human Resource Generalist. The ideal candidate for the position must be aligned with the NAC's environment and culture and focus on fulfilling the NAC's mission, vision, and values.
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day HR operations and will work in close coordination with the Director of Human Resources. The HR Generalist will provide administrative support for all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, record keeping, benefits, compliance and other duties as assigned. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in accordance with NAC mission, vision, values, policies, and relevant laws. The HR Generalist is required to perform all duties with professionalism, precision, and confidentiality.
The successful candidate for this position must have :
- Associate's degree in human resources, business or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three to five years' experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Knowledge of core HR responsibilities and management.
Experience and Competencies :
Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000

Working at NAC an Urban Indian Organization (UIO) that is funded through Indian Health Services (IHS) may make you eligible for certain loan forgiveness / repayment programs through the federal student loan public service loan forgiveness program, IHS loan repayment / forgiveness program, and National Health Service Corps loan repayment program.
