DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, client flow, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining standards of excellence in service delivery.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize clinic operations and enhance the client experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Uphold HIPPA standards, in addition to complying with company confidentiality requirements.
- Track and maintain inventory of all clinic supplies and.
Staff Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, hire, and train clinical and administrative staff, ensuring a high level of competence and professionalism.
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to staff members, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback, recognizing and rewarding achievements.
- Facilitate staff development opportunities, including training workshops and continuing education programs.
Client Engagement and Satisfaction:
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for clients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and respect.
- Address client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, seeking to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to enhance client engagement and promote retention, such as client satisfaction surveys and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement client-centered care plans that support positive outcomes.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the clinic budget, allocating resources effectively to support clinical operations and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost containment.
- Oversee billing and insurance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with insurance providers and other third-party payers to maximize reimbursement rates and minimize denials.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in healthcare management, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAA.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Commitment to the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of clinic operations.
Physical Demands:

- A medium level of physical dexterity, including the ability to climb stairs and ladders, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or sit for an extended period of time is required.
- A sufficient level of dexterity of the hands, to use office equipment including, but not limited to computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, printer/copier, cutter, grommet machine, general office equipment and multi-line telephone is required.
- The ability to lift fifty (50) pounds is required.
Working Conditions:
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is usually subject to inside and outside environmental conditions.
