Telehealth Coordinator

Answering incoming, high volume phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Keep prescriber and therapist schedules full and adjust as needed. Schedule follow-ups for each medication management patient. Check patients in and out as needed. Collect appointment payments. Ensure to document all interactions with patients. Complete telehealth onboardings in order for patients to utilize telehealth services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming, high volume calls in a cheery and professional manner
• Collect daily payment for patients who have a cash pay or copay for their appointment, and add information to the designated log
• Coordinate prescriber and therapist schedules, adjusting as needed due to change, ensuring they are kept full
• Call each prescriber patient for their follow-up appointments
• Documenting all interactions with patients in their charts
• Complete onboardings for the VSEE application that we utilize
• Create and mail no-show letters for therapy and medication management patients who have missed appointments
• Collect and scan in the appropriate documentation for each patient
• Assist with duties listed in each group chat for each individual therapy and prescriber in the Home Psych department
• Check patients in and out
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduate or GED certification
• Ability to type 40 wpm, experience with EMR systems preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Other skills required: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
