Title: Supported Employment Lead
Location: Totem - 1438 SE Division, Portland, OR 97202
Schedule: This is an in-person position, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm.
Wage Range: $24-$34, non-exempt

Position Overview:
The Supported Employment Supervisor will supervise Supported Employment Specialists, ensure compliance with the IPS fidelity model, and assist clients in developing goals related to employment and vocational rehabilitation that will ensure positive outcomes for clients using the IPS fidelity model.
What you will do:
- Supervise a team of supported employment specialists by providing guidance, supervision, assisting with the hiring process, performance reviews, and completing any other supervisory tasks.
- Be the point person with OSECE. Facilitate any reviews for the supported employment fidelity model, maintain a good relationship and communicate effectively with OSECE, vocational rehab, and any other community partners.
- Maintain own caseload: ½ time spent in supervisor role; ½ time spent working directly with clients.
- Engage clients in establishing trusting, collaborative relationships directed toward the goal of competitive employment in community settings.
- Develop individual employment plan with client that incorporates information from the client’s employment goals. Collaborate with clinicians and other providers regarding information that may be included in this plan and will be coordinated with comprehensive plan of care.
Qualifications
We would like to hear from people that have:
- QMHA required.
- Prior experience as a supported employment specialist required.
- At least two years' experience providing direct services to individuals diagnosed with mental health concerns required.
- At least one year experience in a supervisor role.
