ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Serves as a liaison between contracted project evaluator and project personnel.
- Develops internal methods of data collection and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with program staff and contracted project evaluator to develop evaluation components for project
- Disseminates all survey/evaluation materials before and after training, event, or activity to ensure materials reach the external programmatic evaluators.
- Identifies and achieves consensus on data elements to be captured within database with project partners and evaluators.
- Develops method of reporting data to project partners, key stakeholders, community members, and local and national government.
- Assists with coordinating RUL outreach events and activities materials.
- Facilitates safeTALK, QPR, CAST and relevant Evidence-Based curricula.
- Prepares and maintains internal records, invoice, requisitions, contracts & MOUs scan an upload to the shared drive.
- Maintains tracking sheets for i.e. receiving report, purchase requisition and budget line items; Maintains electronic and physical records, including organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in health and/or human services or related field and three (3) or more years of experience in office, data, or software management and program assistance. This position is covered by Public Law 101-630, requiring contact or control over Indian children. Due to this requirement, the agency must ensure that persons hired for these positions have not been found guilty of or pleaded nolo contendere or guilty to certain crimes. Must be current with required immunization per the NACA HR Policies and Procedures and Infection Control Policy. BLS Certification and HIPAA Certification (can be acquired before and/or after hire). Possess a valid state Driver’s License. Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card (FCC). Must pass a criminal background check investigation and Fingerprint Clearance in accordance with NACA Policy.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of children’s mental health and related service system; demonstrated experience in data compilation evaluation, strategic thinking, demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships.
- Knowledge of office, personnel and financial management practices, various filing, and records management systems.
- Familiarity with Native American culture(s), society and working knowledge and respect for the Native American culture, traditions, and customs.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to prepare correspondence, concise reports, and conduct presentations.
