What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Native Bread & Pastry?
Production Bakery seeking energetic person to learn our style of baking. We're a wholesale company that makes all these products every day:
- Sourdough
- Baguettes
- Buns
- Scones
- Croissants
- Muffins
If you have at least 1 year of experience with baking and are ready to take the next step in your career, please reach out. In this role you will be mixing dough in large industrial mixers, shaping bread by hand, and scaling out large recipes.
You will report directly to the Lead Bakers. This is a combination of physical work (lifting 50 lbs bags of flour, bailing 100 lbs of dough) as well as intellectual (time management of fermentation to achieve your tasks throughout the day, often bouncing between tasks as needed)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
