Purpose
Native Harvest Dispensaries will be opening and operating stores across the state of Oklahoma and beyond. Our growing business is seeking an energetic manager to fill our newest store manager positions. The budtender is responsible for delivering a world class environment and staff available to each and every customer and patient.
Responsibilities
- Set sales, service, and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them. Utilize the marketing and inventory departments with your ideas to help reach certain sales goals. Don't be afraid to think “outside of the box”.
- Help oversee inventory management to ensure inventory is consistently accurate, up to date, effectively ordered and replenished.
