About The Team
A Junior Accountant in Accounts Receivable manages incoming payments, tracks outstanding balances, and ensures accurate financial records, focusing on tasks like invoice processing, reconciliation, and customer communication.
Your Contribution
- As a member of the Account Receivables team you’ll process incoming payments from our B2B customers as well as from our international subsidiaries.
- You'll set up debit payment processes for domestic specialist dealers and also monitor the details of individual incoming payments.
- You'll oversee credit control for domestic and overseas distribution partners, using an integrated collection module in the ERP system oracle.
- In addition, you’ll be in charge of aspects of pre- and post-processing monthly, quarterly and annual account statements within the AR and Cash Management division.
- Your task portfolio will also include the field of credit insurance and reporting on overdue accounts.
- You'll support your colleagues in developing liquidity planning and cash flow analyses in the context of working capital management.
- You'll contribute actively to the constant optimisation of processes in your specialised field.
- You'll maintain and update customer files, process and record customer payments
- You'll investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- You will communicate with customers regarding payment issues, resolve customer queries
- Aside from your daily tasks, you’ll support management in clarifying and applying individual accounting and tax matters.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data
Our Ideal Candidate
- You enjoy working with numbers as much as you love being a part of an international team.
- Your commercial training, or studies in Economics, as well as your years of professional experience in accounting, mean that you have solid and proficient knowledge of national (HGB) and international (IFRS) legal guidelines.
- You have a firm understanding of ERP (Oracle is a must) and are comfortable and confident working with MS Office products.

- With your meticulous approach to your work you have an eye for the big picture, and enjoy actively developing solutions for any issues and challenges which may ariseAssociate degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- You have experience with basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes
- You have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
