About The Team
Our Paid Media team drives customer acquisition and brand visibility across the Native Instruments ecosystem. We plan, execute, and optimize global campaigns across digital channels—including search, social, video, display, and affiliate—working closely with experts in data analytics, product marketing, e-commerce, finance, and creative production.
Your Contribution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube to drive customer acquisition and awareness.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improved targeting, creative performance, and budget efficiency.
- Collaborate with product marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure media campaigns are aligned with brand messaging, business goals, and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain campaign hygiene and structure, ensuring naming conventions, tracking, and setup are consistent with best practices and internal standards.
- Support the development and testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor media budgets and pacing, ensuring efficient allocation and performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with media platforms, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to align on strategy and ensure smooth execution.
Our Ideal Candidate
- You’re proactive, analytical, and thrive on solving problems—if something isn’t working, you look for solutions, test new approaches, and don’t wait to be told what to try next.
- Your previous experience includes running performance-focused campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and you're comfortable navigating basic buying workflows and media terminology.
- You’re comfortable working in Google Sheets or Excel to examine data, spot trends, and draw meaningful insights from campaign performance.
- You have a strong focus on bottom-of-funnel acquisition campaigns and understand how to optimize towards KPIs like ROAS, CPA, or conversions.
- You’re able to translate complex business goals into clear, actionable media strategies, and you communicate results in a way that’s easy for cross-functional teams to understand.
- You enjoy working collaboratively with product managers, creatives, analysts, and marketers to launch and scale campaigns effectively.
