Key Responsibilities
The Food and Beverage Service Staff plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive and courteous service, handling food and beverage orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for:
- Escorting customers to their tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Collaborating with your colleagues to achieve our goals.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to effectively communicate with customers and recommend options.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally, and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Previous server experience preferred.
- Valid HIS Food Handler's Certificate required.
- Current ABLE Commission Liquor License required.
