What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Cultivation Inventory Specialist position at Native Nations Cannabis?
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Cultivation Inventory Specialist is responsible for operating and managing accurate
inventory and completing data entry into the seed-to-sale inventory tracking system for the
cultivation facility. The Cultivation Inventory Specialist will assist with the collection of samples
for submission to a third-party testing laboratory and any associated data entry. The Cultivation
Inventory Specialist will facilitate and track inventory transfers between multiple licenses, track
waste within the cultivation facility, and maintain an accurate digital representation of all aspects
of cannabis production within the cultivation facility, including all cultivation, processing,
transportation, distribution, lab testing and dispensing of product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
·Maintain all inventory management and reports within the cultivation facility
oReconciling daily inventory
oReconciling monthly and yearly inventories
oInventory management of all plants and cultivation products
·Follow Testing Protocols and Procedures
oIncluding sample collection and submission to the lab for testing, as well as
associated data entry
·Track waste within the cultivation facility
·Work with NNC Management to complete data entry for all stages of the Cannabis
plant’s life cycle and enter data into software system including, but not limited to:
oCreating new seeds
oCreating clones
oTracking Veg
oScanning Transplants
oTracking Harvest Weight
oPrinting out required plant tags
oRemoving plants from system
oSample collection and testing results
·Coordinate with NNC Management to facilitate product deliveries
·Maintain FIFO product cycling
·Perform regular inventory audits of the cultivation facility
·Assist leadership with audits as needed
·Ensure compliant operations throughout the facilities
oCleanliness, packaging, adjustments, etc.
·Help refine current standard operating procedures and develop new ones.
·Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISION REQUIRED:
·The Employee would be self-motivated and work well with little supervision. The
Employee is to maintain clear, direct communication with Compliance Leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
All positions require a minimum of a criminal background check to a maximum of an
adjudicated P.L. 101-630 character and criminal background check.
A minimum of 2-year associates degree, or equivalent experience. And:
·Applicable experience a plus
·Proficient in Microsoft Office
·Ability to critically think
·Problem solving
·Adept with computers and technology
·Previous Inventory experience
