Landscape Crew Member – Belgrade, ME
Native Notions Ecological Landscapes is currently hiring landscape installation crewmembers. Be a part of a growing landscape company; working throughout the beautiful Belgrade Lakes region. Learn a skill set that you can use throughout life. Experience is preferred but is not necessary. We are willing to train you while we pay you. Pay depends on experience and work ethic with pay ranging from $18-$24. Hard workers will be rewarded!

Job Responsibilities
- Planting and maintain garden beds
- Edging and mulching
- Preparing and seeding new lawns
- Grading
- Assisting with hardscapes
- Erosion control practices
- Make deliveries
- Assist foreman with other job related tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience is not necessary but good work ethic is a must
- Have a willingness to learn from others and take direction
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve
- Excellent stamina is required
- Work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Have good health with adequate strength and endurance to lift and move heavy objects. Be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, reliable, and honest
- Must be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
- Valid Maine driver’s license
- Take great pride in your work
- Have your own transportation
