Native Notions Ecological Landscapes is currently hiring a landscape crew leader. We are a small, custom landscape construction company located in Belgrade Lakes. Our company prides itself on strong work ethic, our attention to detail, and our customer relationships. We are looking for a positive, hardworking, detail oriented individual that is capable of leading small crews on a variety of different landscape construction projects. Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience installing different landscape or construction elements.
Responsibilities:
- Leading small crews on daily activities
- Installing hardscapes (natural stone and pavers)
- Installing plant material
- Mulching
- Spring and Fall cleanups
- Grading
- Lawn restorations
- Driving truck and trailer
- Equipment operation
Pay depends on experience and work ethic with pay ranging from $24-$34. Paid time off is available after two months of employment. Hard workers will be rewarded!

Minimum Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience installing different landscape elements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate equipment; mini-excavator, skid steer, tractor
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve
- Must be self motivated and posses strong leadership skills
- Have a good attitude and a willingness to learn
- Work well in a team environment
- Must be detail oriented and quietly driven
- Be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Valid Maine driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to drive truck and trailer
- Must have own transportation
