Your Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and organized individual to join our team as a Service Manager! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality service delivery to our clients, and driving growth for our company. Our Service Managers are responsible for ensuring their team functions effectively, operates efficiently and maintains the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor daily service activities, ensuring all appointments are completed on time and according to company standards
- Train and develop service technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and to the customer's satisfaction
- Monitor department scheduling and ensure technician routes are completed each month
- Inspect, motivate, and evaluate your team of technicians
- Maintaining inventory and monitoring product usage by individual technicians
- Review service tickets and notes for quality control
- Encouraging technicians to submit leads to the sales department
- Facilitate continual training for technicians, sales reps, and office staff

Requirements:
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Manager is required (must be listed on resume to include the company)
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of technicians
- Working knowledge of pest control products, equipment, and techniques
- Must be comfortable working outside and in confined spaces including attics and crawl spaces as necessary
