The Manicure Supervisor supervises, coordinates, and leads daily operations of the manicure team. Ensures manicure processes and workflows are compliant with SOP’s and applicable MED regulations. Responsibilities include leading and evaluating daily manicure activities and resources. Assists production management with workforce management and the development of SOP’s for the manicure team.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages manicure schedules in coordination with management and other teams
- Verifies all tags, strains, licenses, and batch ID’s throughout the manicure process
- Manages manicure equipment maintenance and repairs
- Leads and evaluates daily operations of the manicure team
- Reviews, approves, and assists employees with timesheet entries and time-off requests
- Assists employees with navigation of company systems and available resources
- Assists management with workforce management efforts including the hiring, onboarding, and separation processes
- Leads training for new team members including machine operation and strain identification/disposition
- Assists management with the evaluation and development of SOP's
- Leads the development and delivery of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP’s)
- Other duties as assigned
- Must hold a valid, or receive, a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) employee badge
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 1 year of supervisory, senior, or lead level experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills including proficiency with Google Suite
- Cannabis experience
- Experience operating and maintaining light machinery
- Knowledge of METRC
- Knowledge of Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) compliance regulations
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs.
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes or items.
- Ability to work in the same area as cannabis and have direct contact with cannabis material
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks for the majority of your workday
- Ability to safely use and store chemicals including pesticides, fungicides, cleaning agents, and nutrient concentrates following manufacturer’s recommendations and/or SOP’s
- Pay Range: $21.20-24.00; actual pay will be determined based on qualifications
- Accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2.5 weeks per year
