Responsibilities
- Smile (a lot)!
- Greet each customer as they enter and leave the store;
- Help customers find their favorite products;
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area;
- Accurately process transactions and payments;
- Provide exceptional customer service through personal engagement;
- Communicate effectively, including using positive body language;
- Bag groceries like they are your own;
- Express sincere gratitude towards each guest;
- Cleaning tasks as directed by the Front End Supervisor or Manager on Duty;
- Maintain a workable availability.
Qualifications
- Basic mathematical skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively;
Must Be Able To:
- Stand for up to 4 hours at a time;
- Engage in repetitive arm motions;
- Work nights and weekends on a rotational basis.
We start cashiers at $13/hour with a benefits package for eligible full time team members. All team members receive a 25% discount on merchandise.
