Native Sun Kitchen & Market in Jacksonville Beach, FL is looking for a Grocery Team Member. The Grocery Team is the lifeblood of our store. They are primarily responsible for ordering and stocking our merchandise. Our ideal candidate is energetic, moves with purpose, and takes great satisfaction from a job well done. Responsibilities
- Place orders for product as directed by the Grocery Supervisor;
- Stock products on the shelves;
- Build and maintain impactful displays;
- Greet every customer within 10 feet;
- Maintain strict compliance with local food safety regulations;
- Light meat cutting and preparation (we'll train you);
- Daily and weekly routine cleaning tasks throughout the store;
- Maintain a reasonable working availability.
Must Be Able To:
- Stand for up to 4 hours;
- Kneel and bend;
- Lift up to 50lbs;
- Work nights and weekends on a rotational basis.
Our minimum rate for Grocery Team Member is $13/hour, but starting rate is negotiable based on experience. All eligible full-time team members are offered a benefits package, and all team members receive a 25% discount on merchandise.
