As a Junior Account Executive, you will help drive growth and foster strong relationships with our clients. You will help identify service gaps and support efforts to discover growth potential, while also exploring new opportunities to contribute to our team's success.

In your role, you will support a cohesive strategy across the Culture, Growth, and Product teams to engage markets and customers around the world.

Day-to-Day

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and determine how our solutions can effectively address them.
    • Help anticipate client requirements and work proactively to exceed their expectations while efficiently resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Activities
    • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
    • Participate in sales presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
    • Assist in preparing and presenting proposals and contracts; support negotiations to achieve beneficial agreements and help close deals to meet sales targets.
    • Use CRM software to manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information.
  • Performance Targets
    • Contribute to creating detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
    • Help manage your sales pipeline and forecasts effectively to ensure you meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal team members, such as marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, address client concerns, and gather client feedback.
    • Facilitate communication between upper management and employees to ensure alignment in approach.
  • Client Support and Training
    • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our platform.
    • Assist in delivering professional after-sales support aimed at maximizing customer loyalty.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to continually refine sales strategies.
    • Focus on understanding client needs and contribute to solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of sales experience or internship experience; a demonstrated interest in sales is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of market research and sales principles.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software; proficiency in Google Suite, lead list tools, iWorks, and Miro is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to analyze and dissect problems effectively.
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn new technologies and concepts and shows the ability to work independently with guidance.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas effectively. This includes communicating technical information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in remote and team environments, with openness to feedback.
