Marketing Coordinator, Lifecycle Strategy

This role will be pivotal in assisting the Lifecycle Marketing Manager with creating, managing, and monetizing autoresponder flows that communicate with, retain, and give our amazing customers a unique experience - all from the comforts of your home. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing Manager and colleagues to create and implement test hypotheses and strategies, including A/B testing
- Assist in proposing email strategies, optimizations, and campaigns that drive earnings and increase KPIs
- Help build, deploy, and optimize autoresponder email flows
- Track and maintain Quality Assurance of all autoresponder flows
- Read emails and make any edits needed to ensure brand variation and brand style are correctly applied
- Manage all creative assets that belong to autoresponder flows
- Traffic all new campaigns & promotions through internal processes
- Manage workflow and output of deadlines, priorities, guidelines/standards, and goals for Lifecycle Marketing Channel
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of experience with digital, SMS, and email marketing.
- Proficient in G-Suite functionality
- Platform experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- A willingness to become a product and industry expert and to learn our customer’s language
- Must be able to work under minimal direction, be organized, and be able to prioritize urgent commitments and projects as they change
- Strong project management skills
- Self-starting, developing new work tasks with minimal supervision needed
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.

- 100% Remote
- Monday-Friday 8-5 EST
Compensation, Benefits, & Perks:
- $50,000 - $55,000/yr, and discretionary end-of-year bonus opportunity.
