What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Project Coordinator position at Natives of Kodiak Incorporated?
We are looking for a Facility Project Coordinator to provide on-site support at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX. The Facility Project Coordinator will support daily operations of the programs that are responsible for multi-military facilities at the Wing and Group levels. Work will include client and stakeholder communication, oversight, data management, multi-unit coordination, and scheduling.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide onsite coordination of facilities.
- Track inspections of facilities.
- Coordination of repairs.
- Manage and maintain Sharepoint data warehouse.
- Develop and organize project documentation storage program.
- Minor administrative support.
- Oversight of maintenance policies and procedures for properties under their supervision.
- Prepare status updates on submittal and tracking service requests for facilities.
- Work and coordinate with facility stakeholders to include Civil Engineering (CE) representatives on service request coordination/approvals.
- Utilize government systems (NexGen) to submit and track service requests through the CE process.
- Act as primary POC for minor purchases such as office supplies and other GPC qualified purchases.
- Assist GPC card holder and Site Lead for other minor purchases in excess of GPC threshold as needed.
- Act as primary POC for administrative support to employees and clearing house for non-sensitive personnel actions in support of Site Lead, Project Manager, and Program Manager.
- Collect, track, analyze and present data.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates or Bachelors degree.
- Related training and/or experience may be substituted for a degree.
- 3 years experience supporting government facilities programs.
- Knowledge of a comprehensive range of principles, concepts, and practices concerning complex technical requirements for administrative management of facilities and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety and security practices for government facilities.
- Familiarity with Air Force Civil Engineer processes specifically NexGen and building inspections.
- Expertise with programs in the Microsoft Suite.
- An adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI), Common Access Card (CAC) preferred within the last two (2) years is preferred.
- Prior Air Force experience is preferred.
