Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry for customer registrations, payments, and records, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies.
- Handle payment processing, verifying transactions and ensuring that all payments are recorded properly.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette by answering and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data entry, payment processing, and record-keeping tasks.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with account managers, assistant account managers, and other staff to support overall company operations.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information and payment data.
- Experience: Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and professionalism in communication.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with data entry systems or CRM software is a plus.
