Summary of Position:
Join our dynamic Global Markets & Risks Pre-Trade Sales & Execution IT team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering reliable and time-sensitive IT solutions that empower our Global Macro (Rates, FX), Equity/Securities Lending, and Credit businesses. You will be an integral part of the entire application development lifecycle, from gathering user needs to analysis, design, implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance, all within an agile framework.
We are seeking several talented Front Office IT Business Analysts to enhance our external and internal IT solutions and interfaces for Global Markets & Risks activities. In this role, you will closely collaborate with Front Office teams and support functions, leveraging your strong knowledge of financial products across one or more domains, including:
- FX and Fixed Income electronic trading workflows and pricing
- Equity Structured products pricing and booking, as well as Sales-Trader workflows
- Summit Fixed Income pricing and Front Office analytics
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our Global Markets & Risks activities by:
- Building strong relationships with traders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Formalizing business requirements to drive effective IT solutions.
- Collaborating with product owners to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Creating engaging mockups or Proofs of Concept (PoC) to visualize solutions.
- Defining and executing comprehensive test scripts to ensure quality delivery.
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with traders for feedback and validation.
- Documenting processes and enriching our knowledge base for continuous improvement.
- Acting as a facilitator between end-users and the Level 1 Support team to resolve support issues effectively.
- Providing Level 2 support and assisting with planning and status reporting.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Finance.
- Proven experience in IT business analysis and/or IT Support Analyst functions within the Front Office of the Finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including Structured Products, Equity Options, Securities Lending, TRS, Repo, Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Bonds, and CLOs, along with their trading workflows.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following areas:
- FX and Fixed Income trade executions and Sales-Trader workflows, especially with ION
- Equity Structured products pricing and booking, along with Sales-Trader workflows
- Summit pricing, curves, analytics, and booking for fixed income products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or C# is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile practices and methodologies is essential.

The salary range for the Associate position will be between $115,000 - $145,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
The salary range for the VP position will be between $145,000 - $180,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
