Job Description
The Business Management Team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Real Assets (Aviation, Infra Energy, Real Estate), Investment Banking (Acquisition & Strategic Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Strategic Equity Capital Markets), Global Trade as well as Coverage & Advisory for the Americas and Latin America (LatAm).
The Business Management Team’s missions are structured around three pillars :
Business Strategy and Monitoring Business Support and Oversight Transversal Projects and Coordination
The Vice President-level Business Manager will be based in New York and will report to the Head of Business Management for IB, REA and GT, with a secondary reporting line to the Head of Business Management for Advisory & Coverage Americas. He / She / They will assist in the day-to-day activities of the Business Management Team across the three pillars.
He / she / they will have the following responsibilities :
Business Strategy and Monitoring :
- Assist in the operational implementation of IBA Strategy in cooperation with the Business Lines
- Monitor the execution of the strategy, provide management reporting and presentations
- Contribute to IBA performance monitoring on a weekly and monthly basis (fees, NBI, deal pipeline, etc.)
- Perform regulatory periodic regulatory (e.g. Level 1 permanent controls, etc.)
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and annual Budget processes
- Contribute to improving commercial activity monitoring, in coordination with other groups (e.g. CCO)
- Provide support on business development and transformation initiatives
- Prepare management presentations

The salary range for this position will be between $, - ,. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
