The Identity Access Management (IAM) Administrator will play a critical role in managing and safeguarding the organization's identity and access management systems, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and resources. This position involves developing and maintaining robust processes and procedures, collaborating with senior leadership to align the IAM program with business objectives, and adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee user account administration, permissions, and access controls.
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IAM program, including relevant policies and procedures.
- Plan, deploy, and manage identity and access management solutions.
- Handle the user identity lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and account modifications.
- Monitor activity logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Create and update training materials related to identity and access management.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments.
- Control user access to systems, applications, and sensitive data.
- Conduct user access re-certification campaigns.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure secure access to systems and data.

The salary range for the VP position will be between $, -$,. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM or a related domain.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.
Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in identity and access management solutions.
Background in IT security or a related field.
Comprehensive understanding of IAM concepts, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Proficiency in identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.
Experience managing users and group memberships within Active Directory.
Familiarity with user account management in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is advantageous.
