What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catalog Manager position at Natoli Engineering?
Job Title: Catalog Manager
Location: St. Charles, MO 63304
The Catalog Manager is a key person who will be managing catalog products on a day-to-day basis and ensuring data quality and integrity
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with various internal teams to help drive tools and process improvement that affect vender/catalog management workflow
- Work across departments for pricing and availability of catalog items and parts
- Partner with Purchasing and vendors to acquire product information and negotiate terms
- Work with Purchasing and Inventory to ensure catalog (both web and print) reflects company and industry standards, vendor updates, and customer specifics so all catalog material is consistent and accurate
- Identify slow moving items and work with Sales and Marketing to promote
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, Customer Service Representatives and Sales Staff
- Research new products
- Support and train Sales Staff for suggested selling
- Utilize company software, Outlook, CRM, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office Suite daily

Required Skills and Attributes:
- Proficient with MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be able to think creatively and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
- 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced Purchasing and Customer Service environment
