The Encapsulation Customer Experience member at Natoli Engineering will perform the following: listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns, provide information about products and services, create quotes and process orders, determine charges, review or make changes to customer accounts, address questions or complaints, record details for customer contacts, research answers or solutions as needed, refer customers to supervisors, managers, or other team members as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the overall customer experience and provide consistent customer service.
- Develop a professional relationship with domestic and international customer accounts
.· Communicate with customers, sales representatives, distributors, and production with any order updates.
- Process quotations, purchase orders, and other related information for order entry.
- Analyze customers’ needs and recommend potential products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with management to recommend products, parts and services.
- Provide input for competitive price structures for encapsulation division.
- Assist in Purchasing Support as needed.

Required Skills and Attributes:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but will consider a combination of education and experience in lieu of degree
- Technical aptitude is a plus
- Strong computer skills and advanced working knowledge of MS Office
- Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with customers, sales representatives, other team members, and distributors while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
- Minimum five years of experience in a quality assurance leadership role, preferably as a QA Director.
- Knowledge of quality system requirements, safety regulations, and legal standards.
- Hands-on experience with QA measuring and testing equipment.
- Proficiency in analytics and project management software.
