Job Title: Parts Expediter

The Operations Facilitator is responsible for ensuring that the Tablet Press and Encapsulation Division have the supplies and inventory they need to function according to schedule and satisfy customer orders. Their duties include communicating with suppliers (internal and external) about the status of goods and reporting status to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review open back orders and coordinate the receiving of goods in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
- Support Customer Service Representatives and Planning with status of open orders
- Monitor customer orders through the entire process from order to delivery focusing on meeting customer expectations.
- Monitor and manage open back orders by regularly reviewing order status and identifying delays.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide updates on back-order status and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all back-order items
- Proactively resolve any issues that may cause delays in receiving backordered goods
- Support customer services reps in managing expectations by providing clear, accurate, and timely information to help them respond to customer concerns effectively.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Mechanical aptitude
- ERP Experience a plus
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of mechanical experience
