What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service, Distribution Center Training Mgr. position at Natoli Engineering?
Oversee operations of two Technical Centers (NY and CA), these locations will provide training, same day or expedited distribution as well as light tool repair/maintenance. The position will be seated at company HQ in St. Charles, MO and there will be some travel involved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Inventory tablet press replacement parts and catalog items for immediate local delivery
· Maintain showrooms to display Natoli Engineering and other OEM equipment.
· Issue quotations and ship using Syspro ERP Software and manage the local inventory.
· Contact customers for services, incl training seminars and tablet tooling repair.
* Handle any staffing issues

· Host small group seminars related to tablet manufacturing and encapsulation.
· Act as a liaison between the client and the main office
· Manage local Administrators to ensure customer orders are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications and requirements
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Excellent communication skills
· Preferred experience in the solid-dose industry
Experience
· 3 years’ in a similar role in a similar industry
physical requirements
· Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for 8 or more hours per day; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the work day to accomplish various tasks
