The Vice President of Administration will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee administrative activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes, implements, and directs the strategic direction of the organization’s administrative division.
- Collaborates with President to develop and meet company goals, while supplying expertise and guidance on administrative areas.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.
- Ensure that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organization’s business plan and vision.
- Direct and mentor all administrative department managers to accomplish administrative goals and plans.

- Marketing

- Purchasing and Inventory
- ERP Systems Administration
- Execute, manage, and initiate other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage teams effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving
- Collaborative mindset for working across departments.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum five years of experience in a C-Suite role
