Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced dance instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dynamic, reliable, and versatile, with the ability to teach both recreational and competitive dancers across a range of styles. You should love working with kids and teens, know how to motivate and challenge dancers in healthy ways, and bring creative energy to every class you teach.
Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging and technically sound classes in styles such as jazz, hip hop, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, tap, or acro (based on your expertise)
- Choreograph routines for recitals, studio events, and competitions
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
- Provide individual feedback and encouragement to support dancer growth
- Communicate with parents and staff in a professional and positive manner
- Support studio-wide events including competitions, rehearsals, and performances
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and studio leadership
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week
