Natomas Unified School District is seeking Principals (MS/HS) for the 2025-2026 school year ready to engage in strategic initiatives designed to align our educational programs and services to support every student, every day. Knowledge of and experience with the following are highly desired: -Diversity, Equity and Inclusion -AVID Philosophy and Methodologies -Restorative Justice Practices -Trauma Informed Practices -Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS) -International Baccalaureate Pedagogy Salary Range (dependent on experience): Middle School: $128,598-149,078- 217 work days High School: $144,479-$167,490 -223 work days Education And Experience: Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities could qualify someone for this position. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: -Equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in education, education administration, social work, counseling, or a related field is desired. -Five years of responsible teaching experience is required. -Possession of an Administrative Credential issued by the State of California or enrollment in an administrative program or internship, with anticipated completion by June 30, 2024.
