- Must be able to cover the full county they live in
- Ability to complete tasks such as lawn maintenance, boarding, lock changes, minor repairs, major repairs, eviction services, roof repair, replacement & tarps, winterization, prepare bids & reports, inspections, rehab (GC work if licensed), and additional items assigned
