Must be able to complete the following :
Lawn Maintenance, Boarding, Lock Changes & Lock Boxes, Minor Repairs, Major Repairs, Eviction Services, Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps, Winterization, Prepare Bids & Reports, Inspections, Rehab (GC work if you have a license), Additional items as assigned.
