Packaging Technician
The Packaging Technician and Trimmer reports directly to the Department Lead and is responsible for all daily tasks in their assigned areas within the facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure accurate weighing & packaging of cannabis flower, hash, and concentrate pens while maintaining compliance with state regulations, and company procedures and policies.
- Ensure and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
- Responsible for quality control of packaging equipment and packaging products.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to follow instructions to help achieve production goals.
- Observing all required PPE requirements while completing tasks.
- Effectively trim cannabis flower at a productive pace.
- Maintaining accurate tracking logs.
- Sorting and maintaining harvest batch differentiation by both strain and phenotype.
- Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned.
Minimal Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic organizational and math skills.
- Able to work well with a team.
- Detail-oriented
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Able to work 8 hours a day.
- Able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds.
- Able to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout the workday.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday shifts
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lake Orion 48359: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 dependent on experience
