What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Ops Specialist position at Natron Energy?
The Sales Operations specialist role is a multi-faceted one that spans order entry and acknowledgements, production schedule management, sales and marketing event planning, customer visits, as well as driving the overall sales & marketing calendar. The position reports directly Chief Commercialization Officer and because Natron is growing rapidly this person will be multi-tasking frequently with the goal of identifying tools, training, resources (internal and external) to facilitate sales operations.
We all wear a lot of hats at Natron, so if you prefer working on the same thing every day with well-defined tasks, this is not for you. We need an all-around individual who can work on customer visits, sales meetings and conferences, manage a diverse team calendar, process orders, track product as well as team schedules, manage RMAs, generate sales operations reports, in short – manage pre and post customer / event / partner engagement with a heavy focus on orders, RMAs, and production schedule with feedback to the Sales team so they can best manage customer expectations. This role requires time and priority management and in many regards is a direct extension of the CCO. The successful candidate will demonstrate their comfort with a wide range of activities, strong work ethis and and an eagerness to continue to add value.

Responsibilities
- Own the Natron Order Entry, RMA processes, reporting, and feedback on systems, tools, resources to optimize performance / execution
- Manage sales and marketing events; specifically, schedule, contract (flow & visibility/tracking), purchasing interface, resources, advertising/logistics, and post event follow-up
- Administrate sales pipeline with NetSuite CRM tool, structure reporting and coordinate with Operations team for order fulfillment
- Participate in Production schedule meetings as the voice-of-the-customer and Sales liaison. Provide updates to Sales team as needed. Ensure Customers have visibility to changes to their orders as needed
- Assist in sales project management as relates to quotes/orders/RMAs
- Assist in the Customer / Strategic Partner experience when visiting Natron with planning, venue and resources, etc
- Other Sales & Marketing projects tied to orders, RMAs, management systems and/or management reports as needed
- Undergraduate degree in business or related experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office management, sales / order administration, or related business management activities
- Experience with Order Entry, RMA, and/or NetSuite preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- This is a regular, full-time position
- Must be eligible to work in the United States to qualify for consideration
- Employees must work on site in Holland, MI
- The base salary of a successful applicant is based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity and alignment with market data, and other legitimate business reasons, including, but not limited to, compliance with applicable immigration law prevailing wages
