GRANT MANAGER

Nat-Su Healthcare is looking for a Grant Manager who will work with our corporate services across multiple entities this individual will manage current grants and perform grant post-award budgeting, compliance monitoring and reconciliations between accounting functions and following federal, state, and other governmental regulations.

Salary Range: DOE

Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with individuals to share requirements for grant completion, deadlines, and assist in planning efforts to adhere to grant budgets and timelines.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and coordinate with grantors and directors on reporting requirements, deadlines, and the submission of grant outcomes.
• Closely monitor what is spent on grants by creating and monitoring grant budgets, prepare progress reports as needed, work with various departments to assist in planning based on the grant outcomes, and reporting of the outcomes and costs to accounting (accounting will draw funds down). Prior to submission or drawing funds down, Grants administrator will work with accounting on reviewing and reconciling at the end of a grant period.
• Must manage multiple projects, review, understand, and interpret contracts, and prepare progress reports.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration OR 2 years professional experience working with grants and/or contracts with healthcare or government agencies.
• Experience with Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Experience with federal grant requirements (OMB Uniform Guidance 2 CFR Part 200).
• Professional experience with accounting in a healthcare or government environment.
