What are the responsibilities and job description for the NURSE PRACTIONER position at Natsu Healthcare?
Nat-Su Healthcare is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic team. In this position you will be examining patients, collecting patient medical history and making tentative diagnoses on minor and major issues. The ideal candidate has excellent bedside manners, experience charting in a medical environment, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Examine patients, take a detailed medical history, and chart everything medically important in their records.
- Read test results, interpret data appropriately, and make diagnostic suggestions based on those results.
- Explain to patients test results and expected health outcomes.
- Prescribe medication or therapy with a physician overseeing as part of a larger health plan.
- Work close with others, NP’s, Physician Assistants, and Physicians to formulate a full, comprehensive treatment plan.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensing required
- Certified Nurse Practitioner License
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience with medical terminology, charting, and diagnostic tests.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving
