Natura Bissé is hiring a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for working with our headquarters creative team to conceptualize, design, develop and execute a wide range of materials for our corporate brand and our partners in the US market. PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE: We are looking for a high-energy and driven candidate who brings strong skills in leadership, problem solving, innovation, project management, a positive attitude and can multi-task with ease. The Graphic Designer is responsible for working with our creative lead and headquarters creative team to conceptualize, design, develop and execute a wide range of materials for our corporate brand and our partners in the US market. This includes design and layout of marketing communication materials including advertising, social media assets, fliers, brochures, magazine ads, splash pages, trade show materials, logos, banners and more.
ACCOUNTABILITIES: In this role, you will be exposed to a multitude of opportunities within a progressive, goal-oriented and accomplished company.
§ Works closely with Senior Manager, Digital Creative on all creative production.
§ Ensures that our creative outlook is cutting edge, quality and ahead of industry competitors, while staying true to brand image.
§ Assesses creative requests and formulates initial design proposal with little direction. Conceptualizes and develops designs that are clear, visually impactful, easy to navigate and consistent with overall design.
§ Ensures a high level of creativity in all work produced and delivered and ensures quality of work and style is consistent, cohesive and meets marketing, sales, product development and purchasing objectives.
§ Designs print and digital assets for the marketing team
§ Work closely with PR to assess, brainstorm, and execute creative shipments
§ Follow brand design guidelines to ensure flawless execution of Spa & Retail requests
§ Maintain awareness of trends, styles, materials and technology relative to the prestige and luxury skincare industry.
§ Maintain partnership with printers and ex. Las Colinas Print, Phase III
PREFERRED SKILLS:§ Proven expertise in development of impactful creative content with “attention to detail”
§ Possesses understanding of brand building activities, layout, color codes, and typography for digital and print media
§ Proven expertise in using various graphic design software packages Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) on Mac Platform.
§ Web/Social/Email/HTML5/, After Effectives is a plus
§ Ability to work in fast-paced, quick turn-around environment and deliver both creativity and quality
§ Must be able to work independently as well as with the team.
§ Strong project management skills–ability to manage a successful initiation and execution of numerous projects simultaneously.
§ Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
§ Receptive to feedback
QUALIFICATIONS:
§ 3 years of design experience.
§ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field of study.
§ Experience in a luxury brand or high-end skincare a plus.
