About the Role :
As a Horticultural Installation Technician, you'll play a crucial role in creating stunning indoor and outdoor plant displays. You'll work independently, following a structured schedule, to install and maintain beautiful plant arrangements in various client locations.
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Plant Handling : Receive, unload, and unpack plants and other horticultural materials.
- Plant Preparation : Select, clean, and prepare plants for installation routes, ensuring they are healthy and ready to display.
- Delivery and Installation : Make timely deliveries of new installation work orders and replacement work orders, carefully installing plants according to client specifications.
- Equipment Maintenance : Maintain installation and color kits, ensuring they are organized and well-stocked.
- Vehicle Management : Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and properly equipped.
- Facility Maintenance : Contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the company's property and facilities.
