About the Role :
As a Horticultural Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the vibrant interiorscapes entrusted to our care. You'll work independently, following a structured schedule, to nurture and maintain healthy foliage plants in various client locations. Horticultural Service Technicians must have a reliable personal vehicle available each workday. Vehicle liability insurance and a valid driver's license are to be always in place.
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Plant Wellness : Providing expert care to interior plants, including watering, fertilizing, cleaning, trimming, and proper light orientation.
- Keen Eye for Detail : Identifying and removing damaged or unsightly foliage, maintaining a clean and presentable appearance for planters and surrounding areas.
- Pest Patrol : Protecting plants from disease and insects, ensuring a healthy environment.
- Presentation Matters : Maintaining staging and top dressing of plants to create a visually appealing atmosphere for clients.
- Client Communication : Building professional relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring exceptional service.
