MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management:
- Manage and maintain the brand's Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies to maintain account health and avoid penalties.
- Handle account troubleshooting and communicate with Amazon support as needed.
Product Listings:
- Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images).
- Implement A Content (Enhanced Brand Content) to enhance product presentation.
- Manage product variations, inventory details, and pricing strategies.
Advertising and Promotions:
- Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
- Analyze advertising performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Set up and manage deals, discounts, coupons, and other promotional activities.
Inventory and Logistics:
- Monitor stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) or third-party logistics.
- Ensure timely replenishment of inventory and smooth supply chain operations.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Growth and Strategy:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, or bundling products.
- Stay updated on Amazon’s tools, policies, and algorithm changes to leverage them effectively.
SKILL & QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central tools.
- Experience with Amazon advertising (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP).
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research for Amazon.
- Familiarity with analytics tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for product listings and customer interactions.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience:
