Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control & Packing Specialist to join our team at Natural Auto Products (Cocomats.com). As a company that creates high-quality custom car mats, we rely on our Quality Control & Packing Specialist to ensure our products are always excellent and dependable. In this role, you will inspect and pack our products carefully, ensure everything meets company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform final quality inspections based on company standards.
• Clean mats and repair any defects as needed.
• Pack mats into shipping boxes based upon size.
• Document quality control activities.
• Follow company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Prepare and stock necessary supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Be flexible and learn other simple production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to use small hand tools to make repairs.
• Excellent communication.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques or technologies.
• Flexibility to work in different areas as needed.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs.
