Essential Job Functions

• Unloading carts of flowers to display and merchandise product according to planograms while maintaining a clean well organized garden center.
• Frequent bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting
• Frequent pushing of heavy shipping carts throughout garden center
• Assist customers while promoting Natural Beauty product and provide outstanding customer service.
• Working in various weather/outdoor conditions (rain, snow/cold, wind and heat) can be expected.
• Working in the beautiful sunshine will also be required!

Job Requirements

• Prior merchandising experience in a retail merchandising.
• Plant knowledge in a personal or professional setting a plus
• Dependable and punctual
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to work as a team member as well as independently with limited supervision
• Must be able to work weekends including Mother’s Day and Memorial Day
• Access to reliable transportation
• Basic computer knowledge a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
