Behavior Technician (In-Home ABA Therapy)

Location: El Sobrante, Richmond, Hercules, Concord
Hourly Wage: $25–$30/hour

Natural Behavioral Solutions, a family-like ABA therapy provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our supportive team. We specialize in delivering high-quality, culturally responsive in-home therapy services, with the tools and training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver ABA therapy programs and protocols in client homes.
• Collect and input accurate session data using company-provided tools.
• Work closely with supervisors to tailor programs to client needs.
• Support clients in achieving independence and community integration.
• Attend monthly trainings and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assume a variety of physical postures.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Multilanguage speakers encouraged to apply (Spanish Preferred)
