NCF manages over 200 supplier and customer transactions each week, specializing in repackaging private-label products under a proprietary house brand for resale. Our cutting-edge packaging facility, in-house logistics team, and network of five company-owned retail outlets in West Michigan allow us to deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to our partners' evolving needs.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Food waste is a growing problem for companies, the planet, and people—and we’re changing that. We work with hundreds of secondary market stores across 35 states, ensuring surplus and overproduced food finds brand-safe sales channels instead of going to waste.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager will drive growth for Natural Choice Foods and Daily Deals by developing strategies that enhance brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue impact. This role leads B2B demand generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement, ensuring alignment with business goals. A data-driven and strategic leader, the Marketing Manager will oversee multi-channel campaigns, optimize wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) marketing efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize impact. As the company grows, this position will build scalable marketing processes, strengthen brand visibility, and develop a high-performing team.

A Sample of the Role:
- Develop & execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth for wholesale and retail operations.
- Lead brand positioning efforts, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Drive B2B lead generation and customer acquisition through Account-Based Marketing (ABM), SEO, and content marketing.
- Plan and execute trade shows and industry events to generate high-value leads.
- Expand and optimize the company’s digital presence across LinkedIn, industry forums, and online platforms.
- Leverage CRM systems & marketing automation to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PPC) to drive lead conversion.
- Develop and manage pricing and promotional campaigns for both Natural Choice Foods and Daily Deals.
- Analyze marketing KPIs, ROI, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to optimize strategy.
Your Natural Ingredients to Win:
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food wholesale, distribution, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Proven ability to increase sales pipeline and revenue through marketing initiatives.
- Experience with B2B & B2C marketing, lead generation, and digital strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, data analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to analyze data and adjust marketing strategies based on performance.
